Recap Buffalo, Wed, 7-8.

The crew was back in our simulcast center again Wednesday night, watching Buffalo Raceway, along with a couple other tracks in between races.  We had a few winners, and there was some great races for us to cover today, starting with the opener of the 13 race card.

 - Race 1 - Pace - FM A - OPEN HDCP - $11,500
Gia's Surreal and John Cummings Jr. had won two Opens in row going into last nights race, so they were assigned the 6 hole.  It didn't matter much as Gia managed to win for the third straight week.  Blacknsweet Adda A and Kevin Cummings had the rail and Kevin cut this mile going to the half in 57.1.  Jr. and Gia didn't press out of the gate and got away last.  Down the backside, Jr. pulled, went three wide around the last turn and battled down the stretch to get the win by a head over Blacknsweet Adda A.  Gia's Surreal paid $5.30.

- Race 11 - Trot - A - OPEN HDCP - $11,500
It was only a five horse field Wednesday night, but with Lougazi and Bred For Greatness in the race, we couldn't wait to see this one.  Bred For Greatness left out of the 5 hole and got to the front early, but Drew Monti came right back and put Victoria Swan on the lead at the 1/4 in 29.3.  Fisher pulled Lougazi first up into a half of 58.2 and never got real close, making a break around the last turn.  Victoria Swan pulled away down the stretch and said bye bye boys as she won this won easily by three lengths, in 1:57.2, paying $7.60.  Trainer, Sabrina Shaw appears to have this one super sharp.

It wasn't exactly a great night gambling for us, but the guys did manage to put up 9 winners combined.  Mike and PC combined to give out the early DD, and it paid good, coming back at $23.20.  PC also had the 4th race tri, 7-3-8, which paid $22.60.  In race 9, PC gave out the cold exacta, 1-7.  This one came back real big at $48.20.  Hopefully you had it.  Mike gave out the tri box in race 10.  the 6-1-4 tri paid $60.50.  He also gave out the winner and ex key in race 12.  Art of Duty paid $5.30 and the ex paid $16.40.  Both guys had the tri box in race 13, paying pretty good at $167.
We had another fun night and look forward to bringing you a lot more from harness racing around the country.  Let's get the money!!
